This website is provided for information about the Forma platform. You may read, share and link to it. You may not copy its content for commercial use, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to extract its content at scale.
The Forma name, wordmark and the content of this site are our property or used with permission.
Accuracy and no outcome guarantee
We describe the Forma platform as it exists at the time of publication, and we review these descriptions as the product changes. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular development, performance, selection or progression outcome for a player, a team or a club.
Forma supports the judgement of qualified football staff. It does not replace it, and decisions about players remain the responsibility of the club.
Access to the platform
Access to the Forma platform is provided to clubs under a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ in respect of platform use, the agreement applies.
Accounts are issued to named individuals by their club. You must keep your credentials secure and must not share access with anyone else.
