See Forma against your own club
A working walkthrough, not a slide deck. Forma is the football intelligence system for modern clubs: it turns your football philosophy into a living system rather than a document nobody opens. Bring your playing model and your age-group structure, and we will show you the loop with your context in the room.
Great clubs aren't built by accident. They're formed. AI assists. Football people decide.
What you will see in the demo
We walk the Forma Loop end to end, using your club's own language rather than a generic sample academy.
DEFINE
Your methodology becomes structured and usable, not a document.
DELIVER
The season and every session are planned against the club's own methodology.
OBSERVE
Structured evidence is captured from training and matches, on players, teams and concepts.
UNDERSTAND
Player development, team exposure and emerging delivery gaps explained by evidence, not opinion.
IMPROVE
Evidence-backed recommendations become recorded human technical decisions (advisory only).
PRESERVE
Your methodology, evidence, evaluations and development history stay with the club when people move on.
The walkthrough is built around the work technical leadership actually owns. We start by showing how a club defines and structures its football methodology inside Forma — principles, sub-principles and the behaviours coaches are asked to teach — so the playing model becomes a shared reference instead of a PDF.
From there we translate that methodology into curriculum and training delivery: a season shaped into cycles and weeks, and sessions planned against the club's own concepts rather than a generic drill library. You will see a session move from the plan onto the grass, and how structured observations and development evidence are captured from training and matches while the work is still fresh.
We then show how that evidence is turned into understanding — player, team and club development patterns explained by what was recorded, not by opinion — and how it supports player development and individual development plans, including the at-home work a player is given between sessions. Finally we open the Technical Director view: club-wide development intelligence, the weekly technical brief, and where evidence-backed recommendations become recorded human decisions.
Preservation runs across all of it. Your methodology, evidence, evaluations and development history stay with the club when coaches move on, which is usually the part that convinces a technical director this is a system rather than another tool.
