The hard part
Methodology implementation across a club environment
One coach can implement a philosophy by holding it in their head. A club cannot. Across a dozen squads and a nine-month season, a shared model only survives if it is present in the weekly planning every coach already does.
That is the work Forma is designed around: the club's methodology becomes the structure curriculum, sessions and observations all point at, so alignment is the default rather than an annual reminder.

Operations
Set up and run without developer help
A club is onboarded through a guided setup: club details, branding, seasons, teams and staff invitations. Player rosters can be imported in bulk from a spreadsheet, with validation and duplicate matching before anything is committed.
From there the club administers itself — roles, seasons, teams and features are managed inside the product by the club's own staff.
