Website analytics
We measure how this website is used so we can improve it. We record page views, the pages a visit started on, the referring website, and the five standard UTM campaign parameters where they are present in a link you followed.
Visits are identified by a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage and mirrored in a first-party cookie. That identifier is not linked to your name or email unless you choose to submit the demo form. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or device fingerprinting.
Clearing your browser storage for this site removes the identifier. Website analytics are stored in our company's internal systems and are not sold or shared with advertising networks.
Demo enquiries
When you submit the demo form we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, club or organisation, your role, and anything you write in the message field — together with the campaign information associated with your visit.
We use those details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration. We do not sell them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by replying to any message we send you.
Data inside the Forma platform
Data entered into the Forma platform by a club — including player records, observations, evaluations and development plans — belongs to that club. Forma processes it on the club's behalf under the agreement between us.
Each club's data is isolated from every other club's and access is restricted by role, enforced in the database rather than only in the interface. Because the platform holds information about young people, access for players and guardians is limited to that player's own record.
Clubs are responsible for obtaining the consents required in their jurisdiction before entering personal data about players. Where a club acts as data controller, Forma acts as processor and follows the club's documented instructions.
